1. Characteristics of Handmade Products:

    

   As doll heads are handmade through processes such as mold modification and eye-socket cutting, it is impossible to guarantee that every product is completely identical. Minor variations may exist. Internal imperfections such as uneven surfaces, inconsistent thickness, air bubbles, and black spots are considered normal phenomena and are not covered by after-sales service.

    
2. Black Spot Policy:

    

   Black spots visible within the red-circled facial area of the doll head when viewed from 40 cm away under natural light within 15 seconds are eligible for after-sales service. Black spots smaller than 2mm on the head cap or back of the head are not covered by after-sales service.

    
3. Other Imperfections:

    

   Minor black spots, air bubbles, slight facial asymmetry, gate marks, and polishing marks outside the red-circled area are unavoidable due to production processes and are not covered by after-sales service. If you are unsure whether an issue qualifies, please contact customer service for assistance.
    

   4. Head Cap Imperfections

    

   Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, the head cap may have slight gaps or minor misalignment. These are considered normal phenomena, do not affect functionality, and are not covered by after-sales service.

   5. Staining & Color Transfer Risk

    

   Due to the properties of the vinyl material, the doll head may experience color shift or color absorption after face-up (painting). Do not leave the doll in prolonged contact with dark-colored items. These are not considered quality defects. No after-sales service will be provided once a face-up or matte sealant has been applied.

   6. Manufacturing-Related Normal Variations

    

   Due to production processes, the following are considered normal and unavoidable variations:

    

   Color difference between the head cap and the front face Minor unevenness on the head surface Uneven light transmission under strong light

   Due to variations in shooting environment, lighting, and individual display screens, the product photos may differ slightly in color from the actual item. Please refer to the received physical product as the standard.

   9. Cold Weather Care Tip

    

   In cold weather, the vinyl material may harden, making the head cap difficult to open. You can gently warm the area with a hair dryer (low/medium heat) to soften the material for easier removal.
