We welcome custom orders based on your reference images. For maximum fidelity to your desired design, high-resolution, clear photos are required. Providing aphysical sample garment is highly recommended to ensure the final product matches your expectations.

2. Submission of Requirements

Please list all your specific requirements in the order notes during checkout or send a detailed document directly to our customer service team.
Disclaimer: Due to the high volume of custom inquiries, we are unable to keep track of verbal requirements or those not documented. Any unstated requirements will be at the sole discretion of our design team.

3. Fabric & Print Similarityated requirements will be at the sole discretion of our design tea

We will make every effort to match the original design as closely as possible. However, it may not be possible to source identical fabrics or prints due to supply chain limitations.
To avoid fabric discrepancies, we strongly suggest providing the desired fabric yourself if available..

4. Accuracy Guarantee

Based solely on reference images, we can guarantee 90% similarity to the original design. If you have extremely strict standards for accuracy, please purchase with caution. Providing a physical sample garment is the best way to ensure the highest level of fidelity..

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required upfront to secure your custom order and begin production. No refunds will be issued once production has started. Please review all terms carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Production & Shipping Timeline

• Standard production lead time: 7-14 business days (excludes shipping time)
• Bulk orders (large quantities): Lead time will be quoted separately based on order size
• Rush orders: Not accepted
• Returns: All custom-made items are non-returnable. Please buy with caution.
