Once your order is placed, Oueneifs start preparing the order within 6 hours. Once shipped, Our store will send you a tracking number after 1 to 3 business days. There may be some delay during the holidays. Otherwise, you can expect the following shipping times:

- The store’s default shipping method is Standard shipping.
- ⚠️ Important Notice on Free Shipping Eligibility: 1/3 scale dolls are excluded from the Free Shipping promotion due to their heavy weight. If your order contains any 1/3 scale doll, standard shipping fees will apply regardless of the total order value.

Shipment tracking:
You can track the shipment of your Products by clicking on the link in the Shipping Confirmation email. Please note such a link will direct you to the courier’s website, which we do not control.
Note: Orders will be delivered to your home. If you don’t receive your order and the tracking code says ‘delivered,’ you can check your nearest post office.
Taxes & Customs Duties :
Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in our base price. This is the shopper’s responsibility, as each country has different Customs Duties and Laws of Taxation.
🇪🇺 Special Notice for European Customers (Germany, Hungary, France, Italy, Spain, etc.):
Since we do not collect VAT at checkout, you will be required to pay the import VAT and customs clearance fees directly to the courier or local customs authority once the package arrives in your country. Please monitor your tracking and contact number closely during clearance to avoid delays or return-to-sender issues.
Any packages returned due to unpaid customs fees or refused VAT payments will be refunded minus the shipping costs, and only after the items have been successfully returned to our facility.
