I. Inspection and Acceptance Guidelines

Full Video Recording Requirement:

The unboxing of blind boxes/bags must be recorded in its entirety, starting from before opening the shipping box until all items have been unpacked. Claims without video evidence will not be processed.

1. Mandatory Inspection Before Acceptance:
Check the external packaging of the parcel on-site for any issues such as crushing, tearing, or water damage. If any problems are found, refuse acceptance immediately.

2. Unboxing Inspection Process:
Carefully open the packaging from the top to avoid damaging the product.
Immediately verify the contents: confirm the style, quantity, and integrity of accessories. If any discrepancies are found, retain the original packaging and the problematic item.
 

II. Return and Exchange Policy

1. Applicability:
Blind box/bag items (including online/offline virtual unboxing) are not eligible for 7-day no-reason returns or exchanges. Only major quality issues are eligible for after-sales requests.

3. Non-Covered Issues (Normal Phenomena):
○ Craftsmanship issues: uneven dyeing, minor scratches/paint chips, slight mold lines, surface bubbles, etc., due to semi-handmade production.
○ Assembly issues: slight head tilting (no obvious visual deviation), minor gaps in accessories, etc., that do not affect normal use.
○ Subjective consumer factors: color differences due to lighting or camera variations, or failure to obtain a hidden item (non-quality issues).

Eligible After-Sales Conditions:
○ Before acceptance: If the outer packaging is damaged or the product is significantly defective, refuse acceptance and contact customer service.
○ After acceptance: If items are missing or severely damaged upon unboxing, submit complete video evidence (including shipping label, unboxing process, and issue details) within 24 hours. Late submissions will be considered as non-disputed.
○ If verified as a major quality issue (e.g., functional damage), a return or exchange may be requested.
 

III. Privacy and Sales Channel Statement

Orders purchased through non-official channels, or without a linked purchase account or record, will not be processed. For items from third-party channels, contact the respective seller.
 

IV. Important Notes

● Product colors may vary slightly from images due to lighting, screen displays, cameras, etc. Images and dimensions are for reference only; the actual product shall prevail.
● Minors under 15 are advised not to purchase. Minors aged 15+ require parental consent.
● Items that are opened, damaged by the user, or exceed the after-sales timeframe (more than 24 hours after acceptance) are considered free of quality issues.
● The platform is not responsible for losses due to failure to follow the inspection process.

1. Due to craft limitations, minor variations or slight scratches may occur and are considered normal.
2. Slight mold lines, seams, particles, burrs, or joint gaps on the doll body are unavoidable and not covered under after-sales service if they do not affect clothing fit or mobility.
3. Minor paint transfer or chips on face/wig parts may occur due to manual spraying during production. Exchanges are only offered if the issue is visibly prominent or on the front of the face. Internal burrs or seams inside the head are not covered.
4. Some joints are designed for adjustability and may have intentional looseness, which is normal and not grounds for return.
5. Slight color or material variations in accessories may occur due to different production batches and are not covered.
6. Once a blind box is opened (including virtual unboxing), returns or exchanges are not supported unless there is a quality issue.
7. Slight joint looseness is normal and can be improved with washers or aluminum wire. This is not covered under after-sales service.
8. Doll clothing is largely handmade, and minor errors (e.g., 1–3mm deviations, glue traces, or loose threads) are acceptable and not considered defects.
9. Dark-colored fabrics are pre-treated, but some may still transfer dye. Avoid prolonged wear to prevent staining.
10. Staining, makeup wear, or scratches during play are normal and not covered. Do not use strong solvents (e.g., thinner, high-concentration alcohol, gasoline) for cleaning.
11. Free gifts are considered bonuses and are not eligible for after-sales service unless severely damaged.
12. Color differences may occur due to lighting, screens, or personal perception. The actual product color shall prevail.
