No Returns or Exchanges Due to the highly customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and entered production.
Each item is crafted specifically to match your unique preferences and specifications, and is not part of a mass-production process. Therefore, once production begins, modifications, returns, or refunds cannot be accommodated.
Note: If your product arrives damaged due to transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos so we can assist you with a replacement part or solution.
Customers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review all product details, images, and customization options before placing an order. By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these customization terms. Failure to review product information prior to purchase will not be considered valid grounds for a return, refund, or payment dispute.
Order Cancellation (Prior to Production) If your order has not yet entered the production phase, we may consider a cancellation request. If a cancellation is approved, a 5% cancellation fee (based on the total invoice amount) will be applied to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
